About Inglis & Inglis Psychotherapy & Wellness

We are a mother–daughter psychotherapy practice offering grounded, trauma-informed, and mind–body integrated therapy for adults and teens. We support adults navigating burnout, trauma, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and work with teens around emotional regulation, identity development, anxiety, and family dynamics. We hold particular expertise in supporting mother–daughter relationships, with our work rooted in compassion, connection, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

The Story of a Shared Calling...

Inglis & Inglis began as a shared calling — a mother and daughter, each drawn to healing work in our own way, coming together to offer a practice rooted in compassion, connection, and deep respect for the human experience.

Although our paths into psychotherapy were different, we were both shaped by a belief that healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with others, and with the nervous system that carries our stories.

Hana brings the perspective of a younger generation—insightful, intuitive, and attuned to the emotional landscape of trauma, relationships, and young adulthood.
Cara (Niki) brings the grounded presence of lived experience, weaving psychotherapy with mind–body awareness, somatic practices, and a deep interest in burnout and midlife transitions.

Together, we offer a practice that honours both individuality and shared humanity.
Clients often tell us they feel immediately welcomed, understood, and relieved to meet therapists who work with warmth, steadiness, and genuine care.

Our connection as mother and daughter naturally extends into our work:
a balance of perspectives, a shared value system, and a commitment to creating spaces where people can feel safe enough to explore what hurts — and what’s possible.

We are honoured to walk alongside you.
